UTA may trim Davis, Weber service

The UTA Board is appointed, not elected. If County Commissioners from Weber and
Davis County don't think that the people they appointed to the UTA Board of
Trustees are being advocates for those counties then they should fire their
appointees to the board and appoint one of themselves to serve instead.
