John Florez: Corrections issues best solved outside system

And people say Dir. Patterson doesn't know Corrections. Mr. Florez should leaving thinking to professionals. He has excellent potential to write children's fiction or fantasy stories. Parolees need supervision by pople who know them and can spend the time in monitoring them. Reducing sentences will only put criminals back on the streets sooner. He wants to know how to reduce crime? Start by making parent more responsible for raising thier children. Prison populations began to explode after Dr. Spock and his teachings.
