It's no Bluff — Arts festival in southern Utah town will cover a range of disciplines

Barry is the man, though his lovely wife is from Monticello, Barry grew up in Bluff and Blanding.

After running the San Juan river, there is nothing better than to stop in the Twins Rocks cafe for a relaxing "Bluff" style original dinner. Great food and ambience with flute music & the gift shop has some nice cultural souvenirs.
