Please, no causeway over Utah Lake. It's beautiful the way it is, it's not some nuisance that's getting in the way. Don't pave over the lake, that's terrible

Since population growth in Utah County is inevitable, it seems likely that development will focus on the West side of the lake, because the east side is filling up fast. Why not plan for the future and conduct an in-depth study to consider a causeway that will not only be environmentally friendly, but practical for people living West of the lake who work in cities on the east side of the lake.

It would be of great help to avoid the I 15 corridor through the Provo Area which is often plugged up with traffic...I could cut 30 minutes off my driving time from St. Gorge to SL if I did not have to go around the east side of the lake. Hope it gets done soon.
