Rail-line funding still a question

Seems kinda silly to call it "Mountain View." With expanded surban sprawl this freeway will facilitate, I doubt we'll see any mountains at all thanks to the additional smog.

Can't wait to punish the west side with tolls! (Or maybe we'll get less political fall-out by subsidizing the astronomical cost of Mountain View with voter aproved transit dollars.)
