It's about time this happened. Something has to be done to stop these parks from being sold out from under us. Way to go Taylorsville. I wish our community would do the same thing.

And to the money hungry developers, leave us alone and go somewhere else to make your billions. You are so greedy. I say "get out of town." Sometimes I think Utah should be renamed to Ivory, instead of Utah. You can't look anywhere but what you don't see these ugly Ivory castles.

Mark McGrath should probably do a little homework on what actually happened in Cottonwood Heights. No mention is made of the endless hours of work done on behalf of the citizens of the Cottonwood Heights pard by the city, mayor, and devolper to help all those affected. In fact that work Cottonwood Heights did to help was highlighted at the last convention of cities and towns. As the article implies, many cities turn a blind-eye to those that are displaced. Cottonwood Heights was an exception.

This ordinance looks to be a potentially great solution to a problem that will only get more pronounced with the rising costs of land. Good luck with it.

No. Utah sees a major earthquake every 350 years. Last one? 350 years ago.
