Utah enjoys high growth in employment and wages

The average wage is a silly statistic that does not really reflect wage gains
made within the state. If you compare a room full of 50 year olds average wage
to a room full of 30 year olds, the 50 year olds will have higher wages. The
average wage statistic is skewed by demographics, and Utah has unique
demographics. Anyone will tell you that additional experience will provide
higher wages (albeit at diminishing rates)...but this and most papers in this
state consistently report these misleading statistics as problems.

Hello! It is impossible to track every individual one by one. We have the best
economy in the country and it is not stopping. The only thing slowing as down is
the lack of workers. Now is the time to look for better employment and secure
the best job you are capable of. Someday the pickings will not be so good. Enjoy
this economy while it lasts.

This is another reason we need real immigration reform b/c we have the jobs but
not the workers.
