Park City residents pass $15 million trail-system bond

What a huge waste of money. Easy for the local liberals to vote in all of their pet projects when most of the tax base is being paid by second homeowners that already pay double the resident property tax rate... and don't even get to vote on these wasteful feel good endeavors.
