Ostler is milking the taxpayers of Herriman for all their worth and the politicos in Herriman are going to push this as hard as they can through their own elections. So far, the AG's Office, the Office of Leg Research and General Counsel, the premier constitutional law professor in the state, and Federal Judge Ted Stewart have all written opinions that there is no constitutionality issue here. Now their appeal for an injuction has been turned down. The only attorney who has written an opinion that there is a constitutionality issue here is Ostler. Surprised? He's the one getting paid to push this issue.
