How can people feel proud when 35 police stop 774 people for no reason at all? These gestapo tactics, in the guise of 'DUI Detection" are contrary to the fabric of our society.774 cars for 1 DUI. shame on them.

What an absolute waste of taxpayer resources! One arrest and the rights of more than 700 motorists violated. Reminds me of Checkpoint Charlie into East Germany. Sacrificing liberty for a minor amount of safety is disgusting.

Look it up. More people are killed or injured in alcohol related accidents and violence than all other drugs combined.

Alcohol is the most dangerous drug in our society.

Violating peoples rights in the name of safety is wrong. anyone who supports roadblocks should prove it by letting the police enter their house at will to search for drugs, and whatever they find in the meantime is usable against them - such as tax evasion, etc. go live in eastern europe if you support these kind of police tactics, and see how it really feels.
