According to public records, John T. Nielsen, who is cited in the article, was a lobbyist for Intermountain Health Care in 2004. He was listed as IHC's Director of Government Relations in the spring of this year.

The lack of disclosure in the article creates the appearance that Mr. Nielsen comes to the debate without an agenda.
