It seems to me that Mr. Becker and his supports feel that Buhler has no right to question his record, and every time someone asks what Becker has actually done, it is a "negative" campaign. Buhler has said nothing about Becker as a person, only his political life, yet Becker is the one calling Buhler a liar.

I have several friends that have told me their Buhler lawn signs were stolen or broken. Seems some only want freedom of speech when it is speech they like.

I believe it is important to look at candidates' voting record. It gives a the voter information on how communities will be represented in all facets. I want a mayor who take concern wth the crime rate, poor housing conditions,and educational issues of our poor communities. Mr. Becker has done a great job taking care of the affluent neighborhood areas, but where has he been for the under-represented neighborhoods during his tenure as Senator. I am in support of providing community councils more help.
