I encourage legislators to get tough on adults who buy and distribute alcohol to minors who then get intoxicated and kill people just as the laws get tough with adults who buy and give guns to minors. The punishment should be the same. Legislators should also pass a law requiring proscecutors to go after adults who break the law by giving alcohol to minors. Salt Lake City has had a rash of intoxicated minors killing people while driving yet for some reason the city prosecutor will not go after the adults involved. Why?

I would also encourage legislators and the public to include inhalants in your list of substance one can be arrested for while driving under the influence. In States where inhalant products have been added to the list of intoxicants DUI arrests have risen significantly indicating that this has been a log standing problem that has slid under the radar. Inhalants can kill when they are simply inhaled but when they are combines with driving the effects can be devastating....we know we lost our son to a driver under the influence of computer duster

No. Utah sees a major earthquake every 350 years. Last one? 350 years ago.
