I recently realized that the Legacy Highway goes right by the Bountiful dump. Now all of the state can enjoy this most scenic dump.

hi, being a transplant from the east of 20 years, I only have one question about the Legacy Highway:

WHAT WOULD BE THE EXCUSE FOR NOT COMPLETING THE MESS ON I-15 FOR SO MANY YEARS...RATHER THE MONEY WENT INTO A NEW HIGHWAY...THUS LEAVING THE ETERNAL MESS STILL LINGERING ON I-15?????

am I missing some Utah logic here?
