EPA drafts global-warming initiative

Good for EPA! This is progress. Implement this program NOW and don't wait. Emissions from coal fired power plants are waaaay past due for an environmental check-up. Clean - renewable energy is the way to go, stop building coal fired power plants.

This is fog only. Note that EPA is not requiring the injection of CO2 but only regulating the process.
