You hear that, C-level executives? It has been coming for some time now. The
footsteps are getting louder. Rationality is catching up to your inflated stock
option compensation facades. We are all waking up to a sensible reality that you
aren't worth what you have tried to convince us you are. More importantly,
we are learning that executives are dramatically influenced by their
organizational context as well! Kudos to Sanders and colleagues for a great
piece of research! We can only pray that corporate America takes it seriously.

Bottom line: as the novices and future retirees put money in the front door
(props up the price of stocks since the market is a legal ponzi) the insiders
and wall streeters take it out the back door.(excess compensation and stock
options, buying own over priced company stock at market prices to keep the ponzi
going rather than rewarding employees, overpaying for acquisitions and booking
it as blue sky goodwill). Be ye careful, investors.
