Just one of the many benefits of illegal immigration. They just throw trash out the windows in their countries of origin; why not do it here?

Utah's the dirtiest state... | 3:45 p.m. Oct. 6, 2007
....and it has NOTHING to do with illegals.

Even Utah's home-grown businesses look trashy (drive down Redwood Road, State Street, or east on any major SLC road) and look.

If you never leave Utah, you'd never realize what we look like to the rest of the world. Our beautiful scenery doesn't make up for it.

Zoid in California | 8:46 p.m. Oct. 6, 2007
I have lived in four states. (I live in California now). I spent 22 of the first 24 years of my life in Utah. When I first moved to Michigan and then California I was amazed at the trash to the sides of the freeways and streets compared to what I saw in Arizona and Utah. I have also had the opportunity to visit other states and Mexico and Canada. Tijuana makes Southern California look clean. The bottom line is Utah is one of the cleanest States I've visited or lived in - but as the article points out there is still room for improvement.

No. Utah sees a major earthquake every 350 years. Last one? 350 years ago.
