Great job Uintah!!!! You guys deserve all the praise. You have done something no other boys sport at Uintah has done since 1999 ï¿½ Take State!!! Itï¿½s been a long time coming. I should also mention this is only the 2nd golf title ever with the last one in 1969. Way to GO!!!!

Way to go Utes and Coach McCurdy...I assist at Provo HS with the golf program (we finished 9th in 4-A) and I was glad to see the Utes win it all! I feel bad that I didn't get a chance to congrats Coach McCurdy in person!

I was wondering if Uintah won a another golf title in the mid 1970's, maybe around 1975 or 1976 as well as 1969? Anyone out there in Uteville who would know? I thought Uintah took state when they had Hans Parkinson and Steven Peas etc when the event was held at Wasatch one year...

Again, great job to Coach McCurdy and the Utes for toughing it out in some trying golf conditions!
