So why not mention the minumin wage in Utah?

Is this why I now work in Nevada and a friend of mine who is an engineer is now moving to Korea, the tight labor market?

of course the raises are higher...it is because the starting salaries are so much lower. would you rather recieve a 4% raise in utah at a salary of $30,000 or a 3% raise outside of utah on a $50,000 job???
