Hooray for a reasonable ruling. Too many judges seem to make decisions based on sensationalism, hype, and emotions rather than common sense and facts.

Nice to see ALL of the potential public interests being protected in court for a change. All too often the environmental aspect is the only one protected. Good Job Judge!
