I'm a retired school teacher. Sure wish I had had a principal like this to work with. Teachers need a principal who works for them and cares about the students, not so much about pleasing the District Office.

Clone this guy and pay him whatever he wants. I wish I were his agent.

Thanks Mr. Theler for all you do for our students. We couldn't wish for a better prinicipal in the front office. You truely care about all those in your care and we love you for it. Thanks and thanks again.
