Springville eager to build a new civic center

The city fathers are arrogantly ignoring the wishes of their citizens. If impeachment or recall is not an option, it should be!

It's time for forward thinking for Springville. Like it or not, Springville is growing. Let's keep it a nice community by balancing new facilities with appropriate green space.
