Thank you Judge Jenkins! This thing should have been settled years ago. I hope the plaintiffs in this case will finally let it go. There are more people being affected by this than just them. I recognize that some will be affected more than others--and I don't necessarily blame them for putting up a fight--but this issue has now been beat to death. PLEASE don't continue to drag on this fight.

I agree, Troy. I can certainly understand that nobody wants to see their small country lane turned into a major commuter artery. But the fact is, the county has grown and we need more major roads. Every I-15 interchange in Draper and Sandy is at or above capacity. 114th south is very much needed.

Most importantly, these are LOCAL matters that should never have taken a year of time in federal court to review anyway. There are NO legitimate environmental issues in building an interchange from one existing road to another existing road.

Pay a generous amount for any land that needs to be used for the expansion as well for any direct loss of property value on the rest of the land owned by these residents. But personal preference against expanding a road is NOT grounds for a suit.

Get this interchange built and the road widened. Both are very much needed.
