Utah tribes coordinating on goals

I think what needs to happen for the tribes is that they need to start Teacher Training Programs instead of always looking from the outside in. They need to grow their own educators and work from within the school setting. Millions of dollars have been spent by the tribes and nothing to show for it no degrees. In the Teacher Training Programs you can put your own curriculum into it so you would include your culture and languages.
