Well, well, well. The extortionist jerks (and I say "jerks" only because I have been to charm school) have finally screwed themselves. How nice. This little news piece has made my day. Darl is such a loser, personally and professionally, and has finally run out of companies to extort by misusing the legal system and companies' fear of the antitrust morons of the federal government. Yeah, it was just easier to pay off the extortists before. And Darl and his goons are only extortionists. People in the computer world have found his behaviors nauseating since he switched from selling office equipment, where he should have stayed.

Judge Kimball is to be commended on ending the bs from these clowns. They have been a foul embarassment to the state of Utah and the technology world.

My thanks to Dale Kimball. Perhaps Darl baby will have to get a real job. There are plenty of warehouse jobs that he is qualified for. Maybe something in the food services industry. Or on a small ranch shoveling animal excrement - that would be good since he has a talent for shoveling manure.

Yippe kie aaaaaa. . .

Not the first, but near there... | 12:51 p.m. Sept. 15, 2007
On this day, I think fondly of guys like Ron Holt, Tim Bird, Jim Freeman, and Greg Page (and a couple of others I don't remember), who built Caldera, only to have it turn into SCO.

Darl McBride will forever be linked to blowhard claims and dubious lawsuits.

So SCO has been collecting money on something they don't legal right to. And they are bankrupt now. Why? Darl McBride you have damage our country, pushed us deeper into monopoly of Microsoft operating systems.
