How does this show that the bubble is holding up? The census data shows only information up to July 2006. This is historical at best, and the article from the DN is again very misleading about the housing bubble.

I agree with the previous comment. If we are to make an intelligent decision regarding the risk of the St. George market we need somebody in the news business to give us some more current info. It is too dynamic to be relying on data from even six months ago.
