Ex-Ethnic Affairs chief may vie for Senate seat

Fife may know the district but I know he knows nothing about getting things done. I will bet he will try to push something this year just to show he is doing something. It is time for this Senator to move aside and let new blood and energy for a District that really has the potential o being the next Sugarhouse of this city. Hope she does run because we need real representation and someone as the article states can get things done at the legislature without being an elected official.

Is this what Pete Suazo's legacy has come to? Westsider�s will now have a choice between a new move-in from Utah County or a long time resident who is an ineffective legislator? What happen to all the men that were going to carry on what Pete started? They sure know how to sit on the sidelines and be the �talking heads� of the community � but when it comes to really standing up for La Raza they are no where to be found.

Actually Robles worked with Pete and he passed one of her resolutions before he passed away, she has worked for this area ever since getting out of college and by no means is she an outsider.
