How much to clean out the bums and drug addicts?

Until you remove the transients and the drug pushers, you can do what you want to add to the park but I wont take my family there. Making a bigger playground wont push the transients away. Move the roadhome and shelters out of downtown.

Move them to where? Anywhere you move them there is going to be a problem? So we just package up the problem and move it somewhere else? How about more money to the homeless shelter so these people have somewhere to go other than the park? There will always be homeless people and they feel at home there. So why not give more money to give them a place to stay?
