Utah employers optimistic

Even at a low unemployment rate Utah wages are still well below the national average. If these employers don't turn to cheap labor immigrants to keep wages down, perhaps Utahns will benefit, but I won't hold my breath. For example, several districts that had difficulty finding elementary teachers, with the help of Gov. Huntsman hired teachers from Mexico, rather than increasing wages in order to compete with other states and professions. With help like that Utah should be able to remain a low wage state.

Give me a break. The world isn't what it once was and I think that everyone needs to start looking at the world in another context.
