Even though there is a sense of relief and security to know how Camille died, her family and friends will never be the same and it is my prayer that good will come from this tragedy, whether it be in the form of an awareness of the dangers of hiking or rock climbing by oneself or a new cherishing of life.

Our Thoughts and Prayers are for the parents of this young woman. May it be comforting to know that many tears have been shed in her behalf. Thank You to the many who cared enough to look.

My prayers and thoughts are with the family at this time...

My girlfriend and I were pulled off that mountain by search and rescue only two weekends ago! It's eirie to know that our fears two weeks ago could have so easily been a reality. I'm thankful for our lives that were spared, but I'm overwhelmed by saddness for those that are affected by Camille's death.

As I have prayed for Camille, I have also seen young women riding alone, and thought, "Oh, I wish they'd take a friend along!"
My prayers are with the family, and with all the searchers... and for those who may think to venture out alone -- please take a friend along!

I am glad that she was found and that there can be some closure for the family. However, who used her credit card?

Its always a tragedy to see such a young life end so tragically. Her family has been on the minds of so many people. Let us all continue to pray for comfort and peace to them and Camille's many friends.

I just watched the video on D-News about this. It's so sad. She was such a young girl. To have her life cut short--its just so sad.

After reading the article online that KSL conducted with the two kids that stole the bike that belonged to Camille Cleverly I am outraged. I began talking with neighbours and family members and we are willing to take any action necessary to make sure charges are bought against them.

They broke the law by being in the park after hours; they STOLE a bike and then took five days to turn it into authorities.

What if Camille was still alive on Sunday morning waiting for help or unconscious and instead of turning in the bike right away or called into the police where they might have found her...they TOOK it and possibly killed her.

So on top of being somewhere they should not have been, and stealing something, they hindered the police investigation for FIVE days and all the evidence that was on the bike and or around it. If it had been reported on Sunday, the police could have looked at the bike and fingerprinted it where it was and the location could have been searched.

The article I read quoted the Lawyer as saying that "police do not intend to press charges against my clients." In the very LEAST they hindered an investigation and at most killed a young girl waiting for help.

The media needs to question the police department and their actions. This is an outrage. The police need to book these teenagers and the State needs to file charges. Even if the coroner's report finds she died on impact, these kids kept a family aching for five more days than needed and caused valuable evidence to be destroyed. It would be injustice if they walked away scott free.

I hope her autopsy shows she died before that couple stole her bike. That would be something to have to live with...

I was praying they would find her alive. There are so many unanswered questions...like... who used her credit card? Was she alone? Why would she make such an adventurous outing alone? I am sure when they figure out the actual time of her death they can get to the bottom of some of these questions. I am so sad about this. I will keep her family, friends, and the community who looked for her in my prayers. Thanks to the great Utah County Sheriffs department for their Canyon Search & Rescue, and for all the search efforts.

God bless her family and friends, and God bless all the people who looked for her. To be absent from the body is to be in the presense of God.

I have been following this story since the alert came over CNN. My heart goes out to the family during this difficult time. Me and my family will continue to keep this family in our prayers.

We have followed this story intensely since we found out about it. Having known Camille and her family as my kids grew up has made it very personal for us. We will continue to hope that Camille was taken by the will of God and not by any form of foul play. We extend our heartfelt condolences to Joel, Susan, and the entire family.

There are still some things about this that don't add up. Where did she spend the night Thursday night? If she had already died, who used the debit card? Did they find another key to her bike lock at the scene? I still don't have a good feeling about this one.

My heart goes out to the parents. Having four of my own,with one serving in Iraq, I would be devastated if anything happened to any of them. It would be my faith that would keep me centered. May heavenly father bless the mother & father with comfort. I know he has already brought Camille home to Him!

She probably used the credit/debit card to purchase the doughnuts and fruit drinks before riding up to the falls.
