In Our Opinion: Mine co-owner needs to answer questions

If you think thats politicians can get to the bottem of this, I have some beach property in So. utah I would like to sell you.

Grandstanding is what politicians due best. [I've read your own Gov.has done a little "grandstanding" when it comes to his family business].Should there be an investigation into this mine disaster, you betcha! We all need answers to improve all mining safety. But listen to ALL the evidence. The miners who were working the Crandall Canyon Mine would be a good place to start. Several of those miners have written in these comment pages that safety was as good or better here than most other mines. Listen to what they have to say, even if they do not agree with each other. Good solutions will come from disagreement. In your writtings you are trying to put forth blame on MSHA & Mr Murray. The many articles I read in the Des News stated both Murray & MSHA worked long and diligently to recover these entombed miners. MSHA lost one of their men and Mr Murray was literally digging with his bare hands to rescue the three rescuers. These deeds do not show safety factors or the lack there of but it does show the caring for these miners. What I am telling you is this; the facts need to come out for future safety of all miners. Let these men testify who knows the "real" circumstances" they worked in but you placing the blame at this time is not appropriate.

You murder for passion there's capital punishment. If you murder out of greed you get fined and your life goes on. This is what conservatives value for American justice.

Sure Murray has been defensive about the problem in his mine. Most anybody would, knowing that the Hero of Chappaquiddick is chomping at the bit awaiting his opportunity to blovate in the inevitable hearings. The amount of wisdom that will emerge from the hearings is inversely related to the self-importance of those conducting them.

I think your right were are the co owners ipp has never been mentioned oh yeah thats the other co owner the one thats never mentioned well heres an idea lets hear from the engineer that signed off on the plans or the mine superintendent that worked there every day put them on the stand so the truth can come out much easyer to blame murray and msha.

If Murray is a co-owner of the mine, where is the other co-owner and why haven't we heard from them?
