Perkite or Parkies are going to do a huge NIMBY. Take the available open areas that could be build on and restrict it to open space. Nive way to limit who can move in by way of how much they make.

Why not build 10,000 low income housing units so the unfortunate have an oppertunity to better themselves and their children.

Perhaps Lawton, Oklahoma can be asked to share their plans for trails, called Friends of the Trail.

Maybe the 'unfortunate' should exercise some initiative...improve your education; especially your spelling. After that, I'm sure 'oppertuity' will present more options for you!
