Guv's boardroom named for Democrat

Very fitting rememberance of a bygone day.Remember when democrats were EASY to vote for in Utah?Remember when there were great democrats that SHARED the values of the average Utahn? Now,it is difficult to be a democrat in Utah and get wide support.The question is-what changed? The answer is that democrats changed.They lost the bedrock values that the country was founded upon and went with trendy,"modern",politically correct scemes to "remake" society into this new,enlightened" vision of the far left.This is rejected by the average Utahn,and as the democratic party continues to lurch leftward,the trend will not be reversed anytime soon.The effect,in Utah,of total one party rule,has NOT been overall positive.We need real alternatives,and people close to the NATIONAL dems,just won't be providing it,sadly.

Since when does Jeff or any individual get to choose who is a "Republican" or "Democrat." By law, we each declare that for ourselves when we register or when a candidate files for office.

Cal Rampton, Wayne Owens, and Frank Moss - where did their values go?

I just find the headline interesting. Why didn't it say Board Room Named After Former Governor? Why did it have to be partisan?

Is it a ploy to sell more papers? Is it a sign of how political our world has become? Is it a sign of disgust from The D-News that a democrat could gain such an honor? Am I reading too much into this?
