Can't wait to see it. Emma was an elect lady who is so often maligned. Too bad. So sad.

I am happy to learn the Church is providing aid in facilities and existing footage to this project. The human element, especially considering historical circumstances, often serves as the root of unfortunate disputes and the cause of separation/fallout. Emma Smith is an intricate part of the early LDS Church as anyone else, and we should learn more about her struggles as well as her legacy post-1844. This project will benefit all who claim Emma or the early LDS Church as part of their heritage.

This is great news. As a citizen of Nauvoo and director of the Nauvoo Re-enactors Guild, I would love to get to know Emma a little better.

I look forward to it too. I can only hope it will be more historically accurate than what is currently playing at the Joseph Smith Memorial Building.

I really think that it's about time that she is recognized for the work she did in helping her husband bring the true church to all the world. She will be recognized for the "Elect Lady" she was and will be for all eternity.
I think that the Joseph Smith movie is accurate and portrays him in the way he should be portrayed: A Prophet of God and id is historically accurate.

I've seen the movie, and LOVED it. It portrays Emma in a way that I have always believed she was. I would love to know how to get a copy of the blessing she wrote that Joseph signed for her. I never knew that about Emma. Does anyone know where we can read that? Once again, well done, and thanks for sharing Emma with the rest of us this way.

This was one of the most powerful films that I have seen. It promotes commitment and true love that I found inspiring, along with a deep faith in God. I thought this was a spirit-filled movie, that encourages tenderness in any human relationship. I absolutely loved it. Thanks to all who consecrated time, effort, and energy to make it.
