Inaction kills zoo's chance for ballot bond

"The zoo shouldn't be partisan, and it seems to have become that and it's really sad," -- no, the zoo issue shouldn't be partisan, but then again they shouldn't be so greedy as to ask for $65 million when they have barely raised $1 million on their own. Maybe if they'd asked for money for one project then it would've happened. I hope the zoo steps up and shows us what they can do on their own, then I'll have more confidence to support them getting more money. PS: why can't the zoo use the $2+million they get in ZAP each year to build something??
