Perhaps no one knew it, but some of us felt it. The feeling was much like that during Elder Bruce R. McConkie's last General Conference talk. Farewell President Faust, you will be missed.

President Faust lived the LDS gospel to its fullest, and stood there with his arms waiting for those, who had fallen away. He had mercy and was an example of it.

Great article Lee. I too would like to be more like Elder Faust and was proud to sustain him as an ambassador to the church and as an Apostle of our Savior Jesus Christ. I will miss him terribly.

Great article. Just a couple of corrections: He did not deliver that sermon on forgiveness in the Tabernacle...he gave it in the Conference Center. And he did not stand at the pulpit to deliver it--he was seated (back problems).

Thanks Lee. Your words lessen the loss. Our loss, Heaven's gain. As Ammoron said, "We shall meet again my friend."

Thanks again.

What a blessing to have such a wonderful example to follow and to have learned from such a great teacher.
