I think you are so far from the real truth. the mormon church did preach that half of the Angels were black cause they would not go to war in heave. as for Cain being Black is a scripture lie and no bases of truth.

I believe the world at the time was not ready to accept black people as equal to white, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints was already suffering great persecution for a lot of the different teachings. I mean the United States had a whole civil war over this. No wonder the few who did hold the priesthood were not widely known about. We all need to remember that racism was a very big problem and sometimes still is.

The persecution and attitude against blacks in the U.S. and the general attitude towards Mormons in that country was so bitter that it would have been cruel to add the "Mormon label" to black priesthood holders. It would in a lot of cases meant death to a man daring to claim to hold the priesthood of God. Even now there are hard feelings in many sectors of society against the assertion that God has restored the truth of his original gospel to an erring mankind. Add to this the still lingering racial predjudice held by many and it is a bleak picture. Another proof that continuing revelation is still essential to-day and that God is in control.

How refreshing it is to know that God did not deny His holy priesthood to the descendants of Cain and Ham because of a perceived lack of worthiness. When only Levites were allowed to hold the priesthood, were they unworthy. When gentiles were required to become Jews before they could become Christians, were they less worthy. We must be willing and faithful to accept the fact that God does and requires some things which do not appear sensible or right to our mortally restricted sense of logic.

Noah had three Sons Shem, Japheth (Gentiles), Ham whose descendants included Canaanites. The Priesthood given Shem and his descendants. Jesus Christ after he had given the priesthood to his apostles Matthew 10: 1-6 instructed them not to go to the Gentiles.
Matthew 15: 21-24 a woman from Canaan wanted a blessing for her daughter but the Savior answered her not. The apostles said the send her away and the Savior said he was only sent to the house of Israel.
The time for the Gospel and the blessing of the priesthood to be given to the Gentiles was after Jesus Christ mission. When the time was right it was given to the descendants of Ham, and in the future the missionaries will no longer be sent to the Gentile and descendants of ham but will be sent to the Jews which are descendants of Israel. The first shall be last and the last shall be first.
They Savior atoned for everyone sins, God knows his children, and loves all the descendants of Noah, but he has his schedule when the Gospel will be preached and only after he has prepared his children to receive it.
