Salt Lake County panel tackles air pollution

I implore those concerned to also look to the sky and notice the huge amount of contrails lacing the east/west and north/south air routes.

It seems to me that these increase dramatically whenever a "clear sky" condition emerges. Within hours, enough contrails/chemtrails are laid down to create an overcast sky condition.

My question: Do these con/chemtrails fall to the valley floors and increase the amount of particle pollution? If so, what are the chemicals being added to the air pollution? Lastly, are these purposefully being spread in order to cool the temperatures? Or are they experimental? If so, for what purpose.

I would ask those concerned to demand the elimination of these con/chemtrails from being spewed on clear days especially when there are already elevated levels of toxins in the air due to inversion.
