Construction booming in Utah

Are companies from other states re-locating to Utah as the did to Louisiana?
With employee shortages would a fully staffed traveling crew be able to find
work? What are some of the major cities that are in desperate need of
construction help? These are the questions I have that were not covered in the
article. If anyone has information it would be of great help. Thanks in advance!
