Hotter Utah — not all bad?

In my opinion as a student in Butler Middle School, I think because of the rising temperatures in Utah, the dresscode needs to be re-written to fit the rising temperatures in the long days of summer weather. Eight long hours of heat in almost always non air-conditioned rooms often becomes unbearable.
