Court says Utah couple must give up 2-year-old

I briefly dated Arturo during a week moment in my life back in 1997 but shortly after he made the Toronto Star paper so check out the Sunday edition sometime in December of '97. He is known to be a con artist and a fraud. He once had a para legal business in Toronto and represented himself as a lawyer and bilked many customers along the way. Prision is a good place for him. Off the streets he cannot hurt anyone else
