Keep Utah's sex offender law

For repeat sex offenders, I believe they are poisoned, and addicted, just like from the effects of pornography, they become capable of sick and horrible things, such as murder. Sex offenders need therapy! As for the registry, it is a great tool for residents to be able to look up the area where they live and know who is a sex offender, not necessarily to pack up their things and move, but to be aware and cautious. ID cards that Florida requires is also a good idea. ID cards don't benefit neighbors, but really only employers.
