Washington County law bans nuclear waste

My family and I want to move to St. George but we just found out that the fall out was in St. George and now we have some concerns. How is the dirt now that lots of new homes are going in. Is there still nuclear waste in the ground and how high is the level of the waste? Terry Tomlinson
