Tales of Hofmann: Forgeries, deceit continue to intrigue 20 years later

I just finished reading the book, "The Mormon Murders" which was
written "In memory of Steve Christensen and Kathy Sheets". That is
why I read this story. The information was very similar. When you think you know
a person fairly well, it is hard to think of him/her being capable of the
atrocities that Mark Hofmann committed-you just don't want to believe it.
My prayers go out to the families of the victims and I truly admire the work of
some of the detectives who persevered in their work unraveling the trail of
deceit and murder left by Hofmann. The people on the Utah Board of Pardons
deserve to be congratulated for their judgement in denying Hofmann his parole
and changing his sentence to life in prison. This inhuman "person"
deserves this sentence as can be seen by his own words. He had no remorse and
he was actually proud of what he had done. He should never be released. I
should pray for his soul, but, I'm tempted to pray that he will live to a
ripe old age of 100 years, and live those years behind bars, 24 hours per day,
per year, then,,, God rest his soul.
