THE DREAM ACT DOES HAVE SOME REQUIREMENTS SO I BELIEVE IT WILL BE HELPING THOSE
STUDENTS WHO ARE ACTUALLY GETTING GOOD GRADES AND WANT TO FURTHER THEIR
EDUCATION. LET'S NOT FORGET THAT STUDENTS ARE JUST APPLYING FOR CONDITIONAL
STATUS, WHICH DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THEY WILL RECIEVE IT IF THEY DON'T
QUALIFY. IF WE DONT PASS THE DREAM ACT IT WILL CAUSE AMERICA TO LOSE A VITAL
ASSET: AN EDUCATED CLASS OF PROMISING IMMIGRANT STUDENTS WHO HAVE DEMONSTRATED A
COMMITMENT TO HARD WORK AND A STRONG DESIRE TO BE CONTRIBUTING MEMBERS OF OUR
SOCIETY(NILC.ORG). WE SHOULDN'T PUNISH ALL IMMIGRANTS FOR THE WRONG DOING
OF JUST SOME WHO DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR FUTURE.
