Utahn's 65% idea would improve education

An Old Broken down education system. This Non-voucher attitude is an example of
teachers who want to protect their pocket book before the kids a travesty for
sure. Competition breeds success, school vouchers are the way to go. Our
schools have had far to much time to get it right and still cannot pull their
act together, it is time for true competition in the market place. Oh, by the
way, vouchers are ALREADY LAW, one that teachers choose to ignore.
