Dugway expansion a mystery

I was stationed at DPG in 2002-3 in the CANG.
I KNOW its a UFO base! As I and several others witnessed a big UFO as it shone its light on the desert from abt. 2000 ft. Then, this silent 'thing' flew off, east over a mt. that was 4 miles away in less than half-second.
It changed my life. I got out of the NG and study these craft.
