Thanks for the common-sense article!!

We defrosted our 12 lb turkey for 2 1/2 days in the fridge, and it's still somewhat hard. I DONT want to babysit it in a water bath. I'm a single mom and my kids are bickering and crying, so I'm just popping the bird it in the oven, and we'll eat it when it's ready!
