Are short lunches bad for children?

Im doing a little speach about this subject and i have found out lunches can range from 10 minutes up to 45 min. even up to an hour at a couple places. I think rushing the lunch is a bad idea for the benfit of the students. 45 min. sounds great to me since my high school only and a 30 min lunch

WE ONLY HAVE 20 MINUETES FOR LUNCH

My middle/high school's lunch period is only 20 min. But some people don't even have lunch, they just eat an ice cream bar or a cookie. I think that we should have at least 30 min. to eat lunch.
