Let's get something correct? | 8:16 p.m. Jul. 1, 2009
I was reading the "Let's get something correct" response, waiting for him that person to get something correct that Tim apparently didn't. I'm still waiting. He didn't refer to the '11 draft or next year's offseason, he talked about the Jazz getting the Knicks' pick in the '10 draft and N.Y. possibly picking up Jason Kidd this offseason. Back to the drawing board for you!

here. the jazz own the knicks first round pick in 2010 (next summer) which from the looks of it will be a lottery pick and in the top 5. we're already halfway thru '09 and so tim buckley needs to get his yrs correct as this article refers to next yrs draft and not the 2011 nba draft. it doesn't matter what knicks do next offseason since the jazz own that pick for next yrs nba draft. so in a sense that would mean he typed up this blog for no reason at all.
Kidd is done | 9:13 a.m. Jul. 1, 2009
Kidd barely got Dallas to the playoffs and they have Dirk. Kidd is a shell of the player he used to be and you are making him very over-rated the way you speak of him in your column.

Kidd can'tdo anything to help that team.

Kidd isn't going to take a 1 year deal to play on a terrible team. He'll be back with the Mavs on a multi year deal, because just like the author said, the Knicks aren't about to eat any free cap space from next year.

You're kidding right? Have you seen the Knicks roster....you think just adding Kidd puts them in the playoffs?

By that time there won't be any decent free agents left.
